Red Thai Chili Paste

Course candida, Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Low FODMAP

Ingredients

  • 4 dried red chilies
  • 3 green tops of spring onions chopped
  • 3 tsp garlic infused oil
  • 1 Tbsp ginger, peeled & chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tsp coriander seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 4 tsp Thai fish sauce

Instructions

  1. Place all the curry paste ingredients into a food processor and grind to a smooth consistency.
