Homemade Gummy Bears


Course Snack

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup Blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, or raspberries Pureed
  • 1/3 Cup Water
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp Honey or maple syrup
  • 3 Tbsp Grass Fed Gelatin

Instructions

  1. In saucepan, combine the puree, water, lemon juice, and honey over medium-low heat. 

  2. Slowly whisk in gelatin until smooth and all ingredients are mixed together.

  3. Turn off heat. Place the silicon mold on a plate. Using a dropper, fill your silicon mold with the mixture.

  4. Freeze for 7 minutes or fridge for 20 minutes.

  5. Peel off and enjoy!
