Green Smoothie
Prep Time 15 minutes
Ingredients
- 1/2 banana (save other half for another day)
- 1/4 cup milk of your choice
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1/4 cup frozen bluberries
- 1/4 cup frozen mango
- 2 tsp ginger powder
- 2 Tbsp plain greek yogurt
- 2 ice cubes
- 1 tsp Matcha powder (green tea powder high in antioxidants) - optional
