Green Smoothie


Course Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana (save other half for another day)
  • 1/4 cup milk of your choice
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 cup frozen bluberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen mango
  • 2 tsp ginger powder
  • 2 Tbsp plain greek yogurt
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 1 tsp Matcha powder (green tea powder high in antioxidants) - optional

Instructions

  1. Put in a blender and mix until smooth.

Keep cooking oil bottles closed when not in use, buy in small quantities (even if that means you pay a bit more for each ounce), store oil away from light, buy delicate oils (like olive and flax) sold in dark containers, and choose omega-3 supplements from reputable suppliers (if they taste or smell “fishy” they are oxidized).
