Bone Broth Breakfast Soup

- 4 cup homemade bone broth
- 2 cup ground breakfast sausage
- 1 cup fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup zucchini, diced
- 1 garlic clove
- Salt and pepper to taste
Place broth, garlic, parsley, and salt and pepper into high speed blender and blend until smooth. Remove from blender and place into a medium pot over medium high heat.
Add zucchini to pot and cook until warmed through and tender.
Add pre-cooked breakfast sausage to pot and allow to warm.
*if buying boxed broth be sure to check for added sugar and preservatives. Organic and grass fed always preferred
