Beet Juice Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 beet (medium size)
  • 6 celery stalks
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 inch piece fresh ginger peeled

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to vegetable juicer or high-speed blender. Gently stir juice and consume immediately. Can cut recipe in half for one serving.
