Avocado Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/4 ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup spinach or baby kale
  • 1/4 cup frozen mango
  • 1/4 cup pineapple, fresh or frozen, diced
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Put in a blender and mix until smooth.
