Avocado Mango Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1/4 ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and diced
- cup spinach or baby kale
- 1/4 cup frozen mango
- 1/4 cup pineapple, fresh or frozen, diced
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 ice cubes
