Chocolate Peanut butter Smoothie


Course Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana (save the other half for another day)
  • 1/4 milk of your choice
  • 1 Tbsp organic cocoa powder (high in antioxidants)
  • 1-2 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 Tbsp plain greek yogurt
  • 2 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Put in a blender and mix until smooth.
