Skin and chop salmon fillet. Put in large bowl.
Add panko or almond meal, poblano, egg, green onion, lemon or lime juice, salt, and pepper to the salmon bowl. Mix well.
Divide mix into four even patties.
Heat indoor grill pan or outdoor grill to medium high heat. Coat with oil.
Cook patties for about 4 minutes on each side until cooked through. If patty feels firm in the middle, it's done.
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl.
Top burgers with salsa.
