Green Goodness Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups milk or milk alternative (almond, coconut, cashew etc)
  • 1 cup baby kale
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides or gelatin, 1TBS hemp seeds, 1 TBS chia seeds, or 1 TBS flax seeds, 1 teaspoon MCT oil Optional

Instructions

  1. Stir in blender until smooth. Enjoy!
